I still cannot believe the value we received for the amount we paid. Even though we down-sized in preparation for retirement, we both absolutely love our new home and how it meets our needs. The kitchen, family room, dining room, office, master bedroom, retreat, and club/recreation rooms are all nicer. We do not miss our old home.

The short sale process does take longer than normal, but waiting over 90 days for all parties to agree on our buying the house was definitely worth the wait. I expect the process will shorten after the banks have been through the process a few times. I felt like we were the pioneers taking all the arrows. I especially want to thank you for your skilled negotiation among all the parties involved when it appeared nothing was happening. Your ability to get all parties together allowed this transaction to happen.
